How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. It is not Nonsenseconditions Walk-In Tubs. The provider will introduce itself and tell you its own business name. If it does not, ask.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions so the visit goes well:
- Your town and the type of home.
- Whether you want a walk-in tub or a shower conversion.
- Who will use the bath, and any mobility needs.
- The size of the current tub and the space around it.
- Whether you can send a few photos.
You do not need exact measurements on the first talk. A good provider will take them on site.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Write these down before you talk:
- Who will do the work, and is it your own crew or a subcontractor?
- Can you share your license and proof of insurance?
- Will you visit and measure before quoting?
- Is the quote in writing, with parts, labor and removal listed?
- What is the timeline, and what could change it?
- What happens if the floor or wall has hidden damage?
- How is payment scheduled?
Do and Do Not
- Do keep all quotes and messages.
- Do ask how the unit is drained, sealed and tested.
- Do not agree to a price over the phone alone.
- Do not sign until every line makes sense to you.
You Stay in Charge
A referral is not a commitment. You can say no, ask for another provider or take time to think. Costs for these projects vary widely by job, so get a written quote and compare it with others.
